Co-Founder
A seasoned businessman and attorney with a deep background in consulting and technology, Andres brings a rigorous analytical approach to the rapidly evolving padel industry. After discovering the sport in Costa Rica, he recognized a significant gap in services that would support the growth of the sport in the United States—specifically in the Pacific Northwest, but more broadly across the country and Canada too.
As co-founder of PadelPista, Andres has leveraged his business consulting expertise to help investors and club owners navigate the complexities of padel infrastructure and logistics through innovative solutions involving court installation services, technology for club management, and logistics management. In less than a year, PadelPista has emerged as a player in the emerging pádel boom, having supported projects in El Paso, Houston, and Mesa, Arizona with highly anticipated club launches in Seattle and Vancouver on the horizon.
Josue Jimenez
Co-Founder
An experienced entrepreneur in the fitness industry, Josue’s approach to padel is rooted in two things: operational passion and strategic optimization. After falling in love with the game in Costa Rica three years ago, he parlayed his background as an Industrial Engineer into a mission to streamline how padel clubs are built across North America.
While Andres navigates the legal and logistical complexities of the industry, Josue serves as the operational backbone of PadelPista. He leverages his deep experience in strategic planning and project management to turn ambitious blueprints into reality. Josue’s true strength lies in cultivating high-level partnerships; he works hand-in-hand with club owners to bring their visions to life while maintaining rigorous, direct relationships with global manufacturers and providers.
By bridging the gap between world-class production and local execution, Josue ensures that every PadelPista project in the U.S. and Canada is backed by top-tier quality, innovative design, and a seamless path to market. From the first technical specification to the final marketing push, he ensures the 'pádel boom' is built on a foundation of excellence.
